Romania Missions - Upcoming Summer plans

Greetings Family and Friends,

Step by step, we are moving toward joining the Western Europe Team in the mission field and working daily toward reaching that goal! This team is located in Southern France and serves as a hub for missions to all of Western Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. We will continue our ministry to Romania and serve in two International Churches located in Nice and St. Paul.

In addition, we are looking forward to the month of June when we will  travel to Romania with a short-term team and get a grand overview of many ministries where DBC Missions has ongoing involvement. Evangelism, BTCP, Women’s Ministry, and Medical Missions will all be a part of our time in Romania this year.

Jim will travel to Sibiu with the Medical and Evangelism Team consisting of doctors, nurses and team members ready to share their faith! Medical care, along with gospel presentations, will be provided in the clinic setting while others travel out to the 20 villages in the surrounding area to share the gospel by pre-arranged appointment and God ordained moments. BTCP (Bible Training Center for Pastors) will be having a session in a nearby city. Jim will go with Sam Buliga to meet the Romanian Pastors in training and observe this process.

Brenda will travel one week earlier with the Women Serving God team then meet and serve with the team in Sibiu.

This all begins mid-June but the ministry of prayer is already in progress! The Romanian believers are praying for open hearts and we ask you to join us as we do the same. God has always shown us His sovereignty and faithfulness in these multi-faceted trips. Please pray with us for

  • Open hearts for the gospel of Christ
  • A Humble, God-honoring Team
  • Changed hearts and lives (ours & theirs)
  • That His Great Name will be glorified!!

We would love to have an opportunity to share a cup of coffee with you and tell you about our vision for growing God’s kingdom.  If you have a few minutes, please contact us!

Blessings,
Jim and Brenda
